Join us for the first ever Beer Soiree at Peabody Heights Brewery – an intimate evening of exclusive beer and food pairings on December 5th, 2025 from 7pm-9pm. Each course will be introduced by the brewers and chef of Peabody Heights.
The Beer and food pairings:
Light Smoked Sour Beer (Lichtenhainer), Smoke on the water – Cured Salmon, seasoned rice
Imperial Stout, Imperial Fritter – Bison and manchego
Belgian Dark Ale with your choice of pepper, Peppered Short Rib Tostada – peppered short rib, salted tostada
Old Oriole Park, Winter in Baltimore – fried oyster, winter aioli
Astrodon, Buddha Chicken Skewer – buddha hand seasoned chicken
Dry Hopped Mead, Earl Grey Cheesecake Bar
