A South-Asian inspired fruited tart ale that’s absolutely perfect for the hottest days of summer, Amba features two of the staple tart fruits in the region. Kokum is a tropical fruit most often used as a souring agent in beverages, regional to India. Meanwhile, Calamansi features heavily in Filipino cuisine. Together they provide a slightly more pithy tart ale that cuts right through the more traditional sour flavors of the West.
