Rent Our Space
Pennant Room
Our Pennant Room, which is currently our only rentable space, can comfortably seat a group of 24-28 people simultaneously, and is also a great space for more casual gatherings of 50 guests or more if guests don’t need to be seated all at once. If your group is larger than the pennant room can accommodate, your guests are welcome to utilize additional seating indoors and outside, but these tables are available on a first come first serve basis and cannot be guaranteed to be available.

The room fee must be paid upon signing a rental agreement. Please note our policy for cancellations and refunds:
- 14+ days in advance of rental – Full Refund
- 6-13 days in advance of rental – 50% Refund
- 5 or fewer days in advance of rental – No Refund
Food Options + Rules
Peabody Heights Brewery allows individuals and small groups of fewer than 25 people to bring their own outside food. Groups of 25 or more that are renting or reserving space, must either use our onsite catering or pay a $100 Bring Your Own Food fee, arranged in advance. Outside beverages are not permitted, and all guests are responsible for cleaning up their food-related trash.
Please note that no outside alcohol is permitted under any circumstance and will be confiscated and held by staff if found. Children MUST be supervised at all times, including in our arcade space. Outside decorations are allowed; anything taped to the walls must be done so with painters tape, and absolutely no glitter or small confetti of any kind is permitted.
