Tart Ale • 4% ABV

The delightfully nutty and sweet flavors of kulfi, the traditional Indian ice cream, make a star appearance in this lightly fruited Tart Ale. We aged the beer on blueberries and peaches and added cardamom, pistachio, and vanilla for a refreshingly tart, sweet, and complex summer drink.
