This years brew in celebration of Lunar New Year is the titular zodiac of 2026, Fire Horse. This rare and enigmatic brew couples with the once every fifty years cycle of the Fire Horse. Featuring Mandarin and Rambutan, this Southeast Asian inspired sour leaves a slight pithy pucker to go along with the stark citrus at the front of the sip.
