Holiday Chocolate Workshop
Make festive chocolate bark and hand-rolled truffles in a beginner-friendly holiday workshop at Peabody Heights Brewery.
Make the kind of holiday chocolates people assume came from a fancy shop.
Trade the holiday rush for two cozy, chocolate-filled hours at Peabody Heights Brewery with Chef Jesse Cross of Crosswood Cooking Collective.
You’ll learn the basics of working with and tempering chocolate before creating festive chocolate bark and hand-rolled truffles. Jesse will guide you through every step, from getting smooth, glossy results to finishing chocolates that look as good as they taste.
No previous chocolate-making experience is needed.
Come with friends, turn it into a holiday date night or join us solo. Enjoy your creations during the workshop or take them home to share—if they make it that far.
